If an enterprise in Zhongguancun Guiyang Science and Technology Park employs a recent graduate they will receive a 1,000-yuan ($164.81) one-off award.
The Guiyang human resources and social security department provides preferential policies to support the development of Zhongguancun Guiyang.
According to the policy, medical and social insurance plans for Zhongguancun Guiyang staff will begin the month after they begin paying premiums. Spouses and children of staff will also enjoy basic medical insurance in the month after they begin paying premiums, instead of waiting six months like in the past.
Self-employed college graduates that have been operating for at least three months can receive a one-off entrepreneurship subsidy of about 4,000 to 5,000 yuan after being approved for an operation license lasting over one year. They will also receive 300 yuan per month as rental subsidies.
Qualified enterprises that apply for loans less than 2 million yuan will receive 100 percent interest subsidies in accordance with the benchmark interest rate.
Qualified investors with 100,000 yuan investment will receive 100,000 yuan in subsidies, 200,000 yuan in tax incentives, and the same amount in bank loan support.
For talent introduction, financial aid of 500,000 yuan, 600,000 yuan and 800,000 yuan will be offered to support the 1,000 Talents Plan and the construction of post-doctor stations.
Enterprises cited as high-skilled talent bases or technique master stations will receive 1 million yuan or 100,000 yuan as one-off subsidies.
Staff who win the China Skill Award and National Technical Experts title will receive one-off subsidies of 30,000 yuan or 50,000 yuan.
Enterprises will receive a 1,400 yuan one-off subsidy if they introduce a senior worker, 1,600 yuan for a technician and 2,000 yuan for a senior technician.
