The Shuikou River Estuary is located about 5 kilometers south of Diping township in Liping county, Guizhou province. With an elevation of only 137 meters, it is the lowest place in Guizhou. Shuikou River originates in Pingmeng, Napo county, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
