1． Guoshoujing Science and Technology Expo Center: Yuan Dynasty antique-style buildings group, divided into science and technology visiting area and sightseeing.

Huangsi Town party committee and government have invested 1.85 million yuan to develop Guo Shoujing's hometown-Guocun Village, since 2001. Sightseeing including Guo ShouJing stele pavilion, Guo Shoujing cultural promenade, Yuanshui Bridge and Yuanshui River and Memorial Archway have been renovated and completed.

In recent years, the domestic cultural travel market is rising. Take Yingtan Village in our county as an example, a group of villages representing the historical cultural characteristics of Taihang Mountains gradually becomes popular domestic market. 29. The Construction of Huangsi Famous Historical and Cultural Town and Attracting Investment for Tourism Development, Xingtai City

Ⅰ. Project Content

1. Huangsi village will be thoroughly developed. As for Hongshileiqi ancient dewellings, they will be built into three enters or four enters and divided into sightseeing area and commercial area.

2. The antique imitation streets construction of Jinyu River and Yinyu River. Protect and develop the ancient bridges over the two rivers, develop and construct the antique imitation commercial streets along the rivers, with the aim to restore the ancient original appearance.

3.Yuqian Temple's extension construction. The purpose is to restore the old architectural complex of Yuan Dynasty with the Temple northern extension and its gate eastward movement.

Huangsi village's integral development is predicted to cost 7.31 millon dollars; antique imitation commercial streets' development along the Rivers is expected to cost 4.39 million dollars; Yuqian Temple extension construction anticipates the cost of 2.19 million dollars; Yuqian Buddhism culture square construction is predicted to invest 1.46 million dollars.

Ⅲ.Market Analysis

As the only famous historical and cultural village in Xingtai, Hebei province, the village possesses the feature of uniqueness.The cultural relics such as the ancient historical villages, ancient construction complex, and ancient sites cannot be restored again. If not protected and developed, these relics will perish step by step, causing great loss to our society. Therefore, encouraging protection and exploration has a social necessity. Furthermore, culture tourism has been gaining popularity in recent years. Those historical sites with Taihang Mountains cultural characteristics, represented by Yingtan village of my county are now gaining increasingly popular in and out our country. So encouraging the historical and cultural tourism of Huangsi village has a broad future.

Ⅳ．Construction Conditions

1. Location advantages: as one of the five satellite towns, this village is planned to become the garden of science and education, travel and leisure of Xingtai. It is also known as the back garden of Xintai. Here the transportation is very convenient, with only 12 kilometers away from downtown. Xing-xi line and Huang-yang line ran through the village and bus 12 ran through the whole line.

2. Cultural advantages: The Millennium ancient temple of Buddhism Caodongzong dojo—Yuquan Temple. Yuquan's sunset among the ancient Xingtai eight sights, the rare bird and tea cypress, and Yuquan Lake with the nearest distance to the Prefecture-level cities and so on.

3. Natural advantages: there are various landscapes, for example, plain, hill, mountains, lakes and so on. Most typical one is the "continuous flow" and "no full irrigation" of karst topography. Here hills and waters are very beautiful, the terrain is very dangerous and the climate is agreeable. The remote hills and near sights are laid clearly and beautifully; Hills and waters are melted together, so all of these factors contribute to the formation of Taihang Mountains' hill and mountain landscape.

4. Those major programs that have been built in Huangsi historical and cultural village include the following items. In 2006 the local government invested over 3 million dollars in the construction of tourist roads, which have laid good foundation for further exploration of Yuquan Lake. In addition, Zhongbei Group of Xingtai has invested 120 million in the holiday resort in the West Hill area of Huangsi village. Moreover DongYangWo village has developed the eco-pick garden in the north bank of Yuquan Lake and so on.

30. Niu City Culture Mueum Groups of Xingtai

I. Project Content

The project covers an area of 75 mu with the north to Xinxing East Road, the west to Shunde Road, the south to Nianzitou and the east to 17 Lane, Qingfeng Road. There are 135 households and three companies in this area and all types of buildings are required to be dismantled, leaving about thirty thousand square meters. This project includes building a mueum of 5000 square meters, which will gather and display all cultural relics of or related to the city and in different periods, thus showing the long history and rich cultural deposit of Niu City. Meanwhile the returning residential building of 60 thousand square meters will be built in accordance with removal and rebuilding and reconstruction around this mueum, mainly for the resettlement for the local people.

The evaluated investment of the project is 10 million dollars, all from investment promotion.

This section is located in the special position of the lying cow's head.
