Nanfeng town

Nanfeng town with an area of 62.49 square kilometers is located in the northeast of Zhangjiagang. It has won the titles of National Health Town, National Ecological Town, National Garden Small Town and Jiangsu civilized Town. Yonglian village in Nanfeng town has received National Civilized Town title five times consecutively, and is known as the first steel village in China.

It also built Zhangjiagang Southeast University-Zhangjiagang Industrial Technology Research Institute and Nanfeng Intelligent Center. Based on Jiangsu's Yonggang Group, the town has developed a layout combining metallurgical materials, precision mechatronics, logistics and modern agriculture sectors.

Daxin town

Daxin town is a coastal town in northern Zhangjiagang, boasting of 7.9 kilometers of the Yangtze River coastline and a total area of 40.48 square kilometers.

The Zhangjiagang Advanced Laser Industrial Park covering a total building area of around 60 thousand square meters, boasts a public inspection laboratory with nearly 1,000 advanced testing instruments. The park is devoted to introducing and cultivating foreign and domestic high-level talent teams and technological enterprises in the fields of laser (equipment), modern equipment manufacturing and precision instruments.
