Changyinsha Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park (CMADP) is located in eastern Zhangjiagang, next to the Yangtze River. It is known for its natural landscape of reeds every ten Li(1 li is equal to 500 meters) and century-old tides. It has been earmarked as the National Demonstration Base for Agricultural Industrialization, Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Industrial Park and Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park.

CMADP with a total area of 50 square kilometers and the cultivated area of 3333.3 hectares is the only urban oasis in Suzhou and southern Jiangsu. Concerning its three leading industries, namely e fruit and vegetables, green rice, and characteristic aquatic products, CMADP will be a specialized agricultural park in southern Jiangsu, integrating new product research and development, seedling breeding and reproduction, standardized planting, processing and distribution, storage and logistics, industrial incubation as well as tourism experiences.

Shuangshan Island Tourism Resort

Located in the northwest suburbs of Zhangjiagang, Shuangshan Island Tourism Resort covers 20 square kilometers, including four square kilometers of wetland outside the river bank. It also has a 16.8kilometers of island coastline. In September 2012, it was successfully transformed into a Jiangsu provincial-level tourist resort.

The island is among the best-preserved original ecological environments in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and no industry has been established here for a hundred years. It is riding on the Yangtze River's culture and unique island resources to be a high-quality tourist island featuring cultural and ecological integration.
