Of course you would pay if it was a regular arrangement; they are saving you a load of money & they have already raised their family; While they love doing it, parents don't have children later in life for a reason. They have passed that stage in life, and I'm sure they would do anything for us, but appreciate what they are doing and pay them for their help.
